At House of Aaranya, we take great pride in offering premium ethnic wear for women including sarees, suits, lehengas, and coord sets. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined clear guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
2. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Return requests must be raised within 1 days of receiving the order.
- An unboxing video and/or images must be provided as proof.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Not Eligible for Return:
- Sale/discounted items.
- Customized or altered outfits.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed if the size is incorrect or if you wish to replace with another product of equal or higher value.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 1 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund (as per Refund Policy).
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if a replacement or exchange is not possible.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Return & Shipping Costs
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, House of Aaranya will bear the return shipping costs.
- In all other approved cases, the customer must bear the return shipping costs.
