2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
- Refund requests must be raised within 1 days of delivery.
- Proof such as an unboxing video and/or images must be provided at the time of raising the request.
- Refunds are issued only if an exchange or replacement is not available.
Refunds will NOT be provided in cases where:
- Products were purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers.
- Products have been worn, altered, customized, or washed.
- Products are returned without original tags or packaging.
3. Refund Process

- Once approved, ship the product back to us in its original packaging and unused condition.
- After inspection, the refund will be initiated if eligible.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI (details will be requested).
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Shipping Costs for Refunds
- If the product delivered is defective/damaged/incorrect, House of Aaranya will bear the return shipping costs.
- For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
